Older Headshots for Print
Need a headshot older than 2019? Turn on your VPN if off campus and dive into the College Documents folder. You will need to be a college employee with access for these instructions to work. Contact cehdhelp@umn.edu for access assistance.
Windows users:
- Click your Start menu icon in the bottom left corner of your computer screen.
- Select “Run…” from the pop-up menu.
- Paste in this bolded text (copy the whole thing):
\\ad.umn.edu\CEHD\Shared\College Documents\Images\Headshots for Print - Click OK and the headshots folder will open.
Mac OS users:
- From the finder press the Apple key and K at the same time.
(this opens the connect to server dialogue box) - Paste in this bolded text (copy the whole thing):
smb://ad.umn.edu/cehd/shared/College Documents/images/Headshots for Print/ - Click the Connect button and the headshots folder will open.
