College Consultative Committee

Purpose

The College Consultative Committee (CCC), formerly the Governance Council, is the elected representative consulting Committee of the College. The CCC sets its own agenda, but will, upon request from the dean, college committees, constituents, or upon its own initiative:

  • Review and make recommendations to the dean on policies affecting the college as a whole, including but not limited to college administration, human resources, admissions, teaching, service, academic standards, educational policies not within the purview of the Curriculum Council, research issues and policies, and reviews of departments and centers
  • Review the college’s progress in operationalizing its mission
  • Consult with the dean on budgeting, strategic planning and the compact process, collaborations with state, national and international groups, and such other matters that the committee and the dean agree upon

SCHEDULE 2023-2024

The College Consultative Committee meets with the Dean once a month via Zoom. The dates will be posted below once determined.
