Custodial Services use a team cleaning model. This means you will likely see more than one FM person cleaning your space. There are three primary custodial shifts:
- First – 5 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Second – 5 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.
- Third – 9:30 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Facilities Management Custodial cleaning service for private offices has changed to an on-request model. To request private office cleaning services:
