Complete this Equipment Loan form and sign out the key to 24 Burton Hall in the Dean’s Office (104 Burton Hall) anytime during office hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Please be sure to return the key after removing the borrowed item(s) and return the borrowed item(s) on or before the requested return date during Dean’s Office hours. Six-Year Plan Capital Improvements Proposal
Anticipated capital needs for the following five fiscal years comprise the remainder of the capital improvements program. Each January, the Provosts, Chancellors, and Vice Presidents are asked to review the capital needs of the units for which they are responsible, prioritize these needs, and submit them to the Office of Budget and Finance in March.
